Yilin Leng serves as general counsel for Cloudlung’s global public and legal affairs, chief accountant and lead lawyer in Hong Kong. She oversees legal, public affairs and accounting work, supporting sales, business operations and complex contractual matters.
As one of the original partners of the company, Yilin Leng participates in legal affairs, financial process construction and Cloudlung cloud accounting related development work.
Yilin Leng graduated from the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law, holds legal qualifications in mainland China, Hong Kong and England, and earned an MBA at the University of Toronto. Her legal and business background supports the group’s work across regions.
