The scope of acceptance of integrity reports includes:
(1) Soliciting or accepting bribes, or accepting gifts or hospitality in breach of the rules;
(2) Investing in or working for Cloudlung suppliers, merchants, partners or similar parties in breach of the rules;
(3) Using a position of authority for personal gain;
(4) Providing false information to Cloudlung;
(5) Disclosing confidential company information;
(6) Other violations of laws or regulations.
Reported materials will be handled on a need-to-know basis and restricted access, and the whistleblower’s information will be protected to the extent permitted by applicable laws. The company prohibits retaliation for reports made in good faith; necessary investigations, supervision or judicial disclosures are conducted in accordance with the law.
(1) If the company proactively explains the situation, provides effective clues and cooperates with the investigation, the company can evaluate subsequent business cooperation and internal handling measures in accordance with internal systems. The company has no right to exempt itself from criminal, administrative or civil liability that it shall bear in accordance with the law.
(2) After valid reports are verified, whether rewards will be given and the reward standards will be determined in accordance with applicable laws, the company's internal systems and specific review results, and do not constitute an unconditional remuneration commitment.
