1. Introduction
Requests should be sent to the operating entity corresponding to the specific service. The subject index is only used for identification and does not replace the contract's stipulations on the service provider and data processing responsibilities.

After receiving a valid request from an authorized authority, we will review it on a case-by-case basis based on the terms of service, privacy policy, jurisdiction and applicable laws. A request may involve specific data preservation, information disclosure or account actions, but the submission of a request does not necessarily mean that it will be approved.
Law enforcement requests must demonstrate the identity and legal authority of the requesting party. Cross-border requests should be made through applicable mutual legal assistance, treaties, local legal proceedings or other legally recognized channels, depending on the relevant jurisdiction.
2. Law enforcement requests
We process requests in accordance with applicable laws, specific operating entities and data location, and review the legal basis, necessity, proportionality and enforceability scope.

3. Required information
Please contact using a verifiable official email address of the institution and provide at least the following information. If the official domain name cannot be used, please explain the reason and provide contact information for other institutions that can be independently verified:
• The full name of the law enforcement agency;
• A formal request, court order, subpoena or other valid document that has a basis under applicable law;
• Official contact details (email address and telephone number).
When necessary, we will verify authorization and employment status through independent channels and request additional materials. Please provide your official position, authorization basis and verifiable contact information first, and avoid proactively sending unnecessary sensitive information such as complete ID photos.
Please describe the target account or identifier, the type of information requested, the time frame, the legal basis, the purpose of the request, and confidentiality or notification restrictions. Requests must be clear, specific and proportionate to the needs of the investigation.
4. Emergency law enforcement requests
When an imminent risk of death or serious personal injury is involved, please indicate "Urgent Law Enforcement Request" in the subject line and provide the facts of the risk, relevant time, target identification, and immediate contact information. We will give priority to review and handle it to the extent permitted by law and necessary; this email address does not replace local emergency rescue channels.
