XP/VS Terminal Server
Multi-user remote desktop solution for Windows environments. Operating system compatibility, concurrency number and related licenses must be confirmed based on actual deployment.
Connect your devices
Connect printers, barcode scanners and other peripherals according to compatibility, allowing the cloud working environment to connect with daily business.
Technical support
Contact the technical team directly to obtain deployment, configuration and troubleshooting support; the specific response scope and time limit are subject to the service agreement.
Monitoring and management
Monitor VPS operating status, And assist in configuration, maintenance and updates according to service agreements.
Backups as standard
Standard backup is provided according to the purchased service agreement; the backup cycle, retention period, recovery scope and cost should be clarified before deployment. Backups are not a substitute for Customer's own data management responsibilities.

- Microsoft licensing: ask about applicable Microsoft 365, Office and SQL Server licences. SQL Server is not included in a standard Microsoft 365 subscription and requires separate licensing confirmation.
